Support for Seaside on GemStone/S
While GemStone Systems does not offer formal technical support for the no-cost GLASS Virtual Appliance or GemStone/S Web Edition software, there are several ways to get help:
- To get started using Seaside on GemStone/S, read James' blog or Dale's blog, especially any posts about the Virtual Appliance.
- The best place to get answers to GemStone Seaside questions is our low traffic Beta mailing list. Once you are signed up, you will have access to the full mailing list archive.
- For general GemStone/S questions, there is a very responsive email forum used by many GemStone/S customers.
- Sign up for access to the GemStone Technical Support website. Afterwards, you will be able to view documentation, bug notes, and the customer forum archive, but will not be allowed to submit formal help requests. A good place to start exploring is the GemStone/S Quick Links.
Support for Seaside and Squeak
